Aid 2India Presents

Christmas Program on the 23 & 24 December 2010

We have come to the end of another wonderful year, where we have been through many hardships in meeting the needs of the people and their welfare.

This will be another year where we follow our vision of meeting the needs of Street Children and lepers during this Christmas season.

There are over 75,000 children on the streets in Bangalore, many of them homeless due to poverty. We have chosen a location where lots of street children dwell in downtrodden areas. They are sent as child labourers depriving their right to education and enjoy privileges like other children. I have been working among them in the field of education, cleanliness & hygienic living by organizing social & health camps. It has been a privilege feeding these children during this Christmas season.

Aid 2 India is in the process of organizing this Christmas program for Lepers as well (people with leprosy, normally have no family support or any support from the government). Above all this will be a privilege and joy for us to serve them. This event is scheduled to be held for two days on 23rd & 24th Dec 2010.

Many volunteers will be helping us organize these programs. It will cost us approximately $ 4 per person for their special Christmas food & gift which will be a blanket & warm clothing. There will be about 1000 children & Lepers who will be participating and it is our wish to provide them with food and Christmas gift. Aid 2 India has been doing such programs for many years now. If you have a desire in your heart to partner in this Christmas program or involve in Aid 2 India missions please feel free to contact us for details.

We have seen positive results and responses from previous programs as such. Over the years through this many people have been touched & transformed. Many Children have contacted us for their educational needs. There are many children who are in need.

We look for every opportunity to serve the people; we try to do our best and leave the rest to God to supply for their needs through us.
